Required Auto Insurance & Minimum Limits in Arkansas
Arkansas requires motor-vehicle liability insurance with minimum limits of $25,000 for bodily injury to one person, $50,000 for bodily injury to two or more persons in one accident, and $25,000 for property damage. Arkansas law also requires specified personal-injury-protection benefits to be offered in auto policies, subject to statutory rejection procedures.
