Required Auto Insurance & Minimum Limits in Hawaii

For policies effective on or after January 1, 2026, Hawaii requires at least $40,000 bodily-injury liability per person, $80,000 per accident, and $20,000 property-damage liability, together with at least $10,000 of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) per person.
