Delaware UM/UIM Anti-Stacking & Multiple Insurance Policies
Delaware law limits multiplying UM/UIM limits merely because multiple household vehicles are insured by the same insurer or affiliated insurers. The applicable coverage generally cannot exceed the highest limit available on one vehicle, subject to the actual policy structure and current law.
