Who Is an Insured Under Minnesota Auto Insurance?

Insured status can differ among liability, no-fault/PIP, UM/UIM and other coverages. Minnesota’s No-Fault Automobile Insurance Act also uses statutory priority rules that can determine which insurer must provide basic economic-loss benefits.
