Required Auto Insurance & Minimum Limits in Utah
Utah requires motor-vehicle liability insurance and personal injury protection. For policies issued or renewed on or after January 1, 2025, current minimum liability limits are $30,000 bodily injury per person, $65,000 per accident, and $25,000 property damage.
