How to use this library before making a final claim decision
Build the claim map first. Keep liability claims, UM/UIM, optional medical payments and reimbursement questions distinct. Identify possible government involvement before applying the ordinary fault discussion to the claim.
List the drivers, owners, injured people, employers and other responsible parties. Use Guide 14 for work use and read Guide 16 alongside Guide 17 when a governmental defendant may be involved.
Start with Guide 03, then read Guide 05 and Guide 06. Collect declarations, endorsements and written UM/UIM rejection records. Check each coverage and insured separately rather than assuming the liability limit answers every question.
Use Guide 18 for reports, photographs, witnesses, video, vehicle data and medical chronology. Keep dated insurer communications for Guide 09 and a separate calendar of deadlines requiring verification.
Read Guide 21, Guide 22, the case-authority library and official sources. Identify remaining coverage, reimbursement interests and released parties before a final claim decision.

How this library stays current
Build the complete Indiana coverage and claim map
Identify every policy and insured, written UM/UIM rejection or limits, comparative fault and government exceptions, evidence, damages, insurer conduct, MedPay/reimbursement and release consequences before claim closure.
Do not let one insurance card define the available recovery.
Find the policies, identify the insureds and responsible parties, preserve the evidence, and review damages, reimbursement and release consequences before treating a claim as complete.
